About Design & Technology

In Design & Technology we aim to equip pupils with the skills and knowledge they need to participate in the ever-changing world. They do this through designing and making products they are proud of and that are of a high quality.

At KS3 pupils are taught D & T on a 9 week rotation between Resistant Materials, Graphic Products, Food Technology, Textiles and Electronics. At KS4 pupils can opt to study for a GCSE in one of the above subjects.  We also offer the BTEC Jamie Oliver Food Skills course.
