The LEP has a ten year exclusivity contract for BSF work on the secondary estate, subject to satisfactory performance.

A key role of the LEP will be to provide, integrate and manage supply chains and downstream contracts on behalf of SCC, as well as provide the management for Paradigm, the SPV company set up for the first two PFI schools
