Sheffield City Council (SCC), Vinci VINCI Construction UK (VCUK), Civica and VINCI Facilities Management (VFM) and Partnerships for Schools (PfS) are working together to deliver a programme of capital investment through the Sheffield Local Education Partnership (LEP). The Local Education Partnership’s role is to support an integrated strategy for the management of supply chains and downstream contracts on behalf of Sheffield City Council (SCC), as well as providing the management for the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) companies set up for PFI schools. It has a ten year exclusivity contract for BSF work on the secondary schools estate, subject to satisfactory performance.
