Sheffield Children's Festival, now in its 17th year, provides a unique and enjoyable opportunity for children to work with professional artists and performers and for their work to be shown in professional venues throughout the city. Events range from music, dance and drama performances to workshops and exhibition of sculptures, artwork and photographs.
The five week Festival provides more than 20,000 children and young people from over 130
schools in Sheffield with the opportunity to develop their creativity in learning and to take
part in cultural activities
